THE BASICS
Q: What is Plasma?
A: Plasma is the Fourth State of Matter.
When you add enough energy to a gas, the electrons are stripped from their atoms, creating an ionized "soup" that conducts electricity and emits light.
💎Solids melt into Liquids. 🌊 (sometimes solids go straight to a gas - this is called Sublimation)
🌊Liquids boil into Gases. 💨 (the reverse of this process is called Condensation)
In our flasks, we use high-voltage radio frequencies to ignite noble gases (like Xenon and Krypton), creating "trapped lightning" that mimics the physics of stars, auroras, and nebulae.
LOGISTICS & SHIPPING
Q: Why should I buy from FieroGlow instead of ordering direct from Russia or China?
A: We take the risk so you don't have to.
Ordering high-end scientific glass (and circuits) from overseas is fraught with challenges.
The "Russian Route": Shipments from our partners at Zerg Labs often take a circuitous route through Poland. Tracking numbers frequently "go dark" for weeks, and packages can be lost in transit.
The Risk: If a flask arrives broken or a driver circuit is seized by customs, resolving it as an individual consumer can be a nightmare.
The FieroGlow Advantage: We import in bulk. We handle the tariffs, the customs paperwork, and the shipping anxiety. When you buy from us, the unit is already in West NY, NJ, USA or we order direct from the manufacturer with preferred & expedited shipping. We inspect it, test it, apply our safety upgrades, and ship it to you via insured domestic carrier.
Q: I want a specific custom flask that isn't in stock. Can I pre-order?
A: Yes, but patience is required. Custom commissions from Zerg Labs or Haloplasma are masterpieces, but they are not fast. The logistics chain involves international hand-offs and potential delays. We manage this process for you, but we ask for your understanding regarding timelines for non-inventory items.
Q: Is this dangerous? Will I get shocked?
A: These are High-Voltage Scientific Devices, not toys. They must be treated with respect.
The "Skin Effect": Our TICP drivers operate at high frequencies (Radio Frequency). Because of the "Skin Effect," the current tends to flow over the surface of the skin rather than through vital organs. However, touching the glass at high temperature can still cause thermal burns and touching the unshielded coil may cause RF Burns or a painful localized shock.
The Rule: Never touch the coil while the device is active and avoid prolonged contact with the heated glass. Always use the provided FieroGlow Thermal Wool interface.
Q: Do I need eye protection?
A: For most Noble Gases (Neon, Xenon), no. But for our Metal Halide series (Sodium, Barium), YES.
Sodium Flares: Produce an intense monochromatic yellow light that can cause temporary "flash blindness" or retinal fatigue. We recommend Didymium (ACE) glasses for viewing these flasks to filter the glare and see the structure.
UV Safety: All our glass is borosilicate, which blocks most harmful short-wave UV, but safe viewing distance is always recommended.
Q: Will this interfere with my Wi-Fi or medical devices?
A: It is possible. These devices use Class-E Resonant Drivers, which are effectively high-power radio transmitters.
Medical Warning: Do NOT operate these devices near pacemakers, insulin pumps, or sensitive medical equipment.
Electronics: Strong RF fields can disrupt Wi-Fi signals, cause static on speakers, or "ghost touch" on smartphones if placed too close. Keep a buffer zone of at least 3–5 feet between the flask and sensitive electronics.
TECHNICAL & SUPPORT
Q: Who fixes it if it breaks?
A: We do. Unlike buying direct (where you might have to ship a broken unit back to Russia at your own expense), FieroGlow offers domestic support.
R&D Expertise: We are deep into Doping and Circuit R&D. We understand the chemistry of the gas and the topology of the driver.
Repair Services: We stock replacement parts, tubes, and mosfets in NJ. If your driver fails or a flask needs retuning, you deal with Jason in NJ, not a call center overseas.
Q: Why do some flasks run hotter than others?
A: It’s all about Impedance. A pure Xenon flask is an "easy" load. A Doped Krypton or Metal Halide flask is a "heavy" load that resists the current, generating more heat in the glass and the driver. We test and label every flask so you know its thermal profile before you turn it on.
